This is Delayni & Averie — circa ~ 2009?
Our brother’s played baseball together. We were the drama queens of the baseball field. The girls who would scream bloody murder and run around in our flip flops and dresses. The little girls who went from belly laughs and ice cream cones at Mexican food restaurants after games, to running concession stands at our brother’s high school tournaments, to getting engaged.
When Ryan reached out to me, I knew that I had to drop everything to make this happen for them. Not only because Delayni holds such a special place in my heart, but because he makes her the happiest girl in the world. Getting the opportunity to capture this moment, made me feel so incredibly honored. Truly a full circle moment.
When people ask me my why, it’s this. This is why I do what I do. This proposal will forever hold a special place in my heart.
